Robert Half is assisting a client in the recruiting for an Invoicing Specialist to join their growing organization. This position will be responsible for high volume invoice generation, perform invoice corrections collaborating with other departments, and perform administrative tasks required for each. They will also be apart of refining and improving existing invoicing and billing processes to improve efficiencies and reduce overdue accounts. This role will report to the Controller and work on an accounting team of 6. If you have 2 years of prior invoicing and billing responsibilities and are a self starter with great communication this could be the opportunity for you to join a growing company!
